Grains futures mostly rise, livestock prices mixed

CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures mostly rose in early trading Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery rose 17 cents to $6.83 a bushel; March corn rose 8 cents to $6.47 a bushel; March oats were unchanged at $2.98 a bushel; while March soybeans rose 13.50 cents to $12.1250 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle fell 0.07 cent to $1.2850 a pound; March feeder cattle rose 0.08 cent to $1.5560 a pound; while April lean hogs rose 0.68 cent to 89.55 cents a pound.
